Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Our therapeutic approaches are designed to help partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection. One widely used approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples understand and express their emotional needs more effectively, fostering deeper empathy and bonding. Relational Life Therapy helps couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, develop personal accountability, and increase intimacy by addressing underlying issues, including childhood wounds, and promoting emotional expression and empathy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for couples targets negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to relationship distress, encouraging more positive interactions and problem-solving. Imago Relationship Therapy explores unconscious beliefs and childhood influences that shape current relationship dynamics, helping partners heal and grow through better understanding of each other’s emotional triggers. Overall, these therapies aim to strengthen the emotional foundation of a relationship, improve intimacy, and enhance communication, fostering long-term satisfaction and resilience in couples.
